Questions about integrations

Which integrations does Lynkk have?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho CRM, set up with our sales team. Google Calendar and Slack connect from the Integrations page. Lynkk records Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and the Mac app also records Webex, FaceTime and WhatsApp.

How do I connect my CRM?

Email sales. We connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio or Zoho CRM with you on a short call, and set which calls log and where. Each call then lands on the deal with its summary, next steps and tasks.

How does the notetaker join from my calendar?

Connect Google Calendar and auto-join is on. The notetaker joins every meeting with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link, moves with it, and stays home if it's cancelled. Switch it off per meeting on Home, or in Settings.

Does Lynkk connect to Outlook, Notion, Linear or Asana?

Not yet. Today Lynkk connects to Google Calendar, and you can still record Teams meetings. Any note exports as Markdown. If you need one of these, write to admin@lynkk.ai and tell us what you'd want it to do.

Do integrations cost extra?

Google Calendar, Slack and the meeting bot with audio are free. Pro adds video from the bot, Ask Lynkk and answers in Slack. CRM logging is priced with our sales team.
