If one of these matters most to you, Otter.ai is likely the better tool, and it is better to know that now.
Otter has apps for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, and its phone apps record offline. Lynkk has no phone app, and its desktop app is Mac only (Apple silicon). On Windows you would use Lynkk in the browser or the Chrome extension.
Otter transcribes audio and video files you upload, and it can pull in Zoom cloud recordings. Lynkk cannot upload existing files. It only transcribes what it records.
Otter shows the transcript live in Zoom and Meet, and lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Google Drive, Zapier and many more. Lynkk connects to Google Calendar, Jira and Slack.
