Acme renewal callMarco, Dana, YouPlay from 12:04How did the Acme renewal get to yes?
Acme · 6 notesIt took five weeks, and it turned on the EU date. On 19 Aug Marco warned, “If the rollout slips again, we look at other options”. On 25 Aug Aiko capped the discount at 12% for a two-year term. On 28 Aug Dana set the deadline: new terms signed by 30 September. On 3 Sep Marco accepted 14 October, “as long as the migration is done by the thirtieth”. On 10 Sep the pricing review agreed the 12%, “only if the EU date holds”. And on 22 Sep Marco said, “Before we sign, I need the EU date in writing”.
Still open: sending Marco that date in writing. The task is yours, due Thursday.

Acme renewal callMarco, Dana, YouPlay from 12:04One thing: the EU rollout date in writing. Marco made it the condition for signing on 22 Sep, and Dana needs the terms signed by 30 September. The date itself was agreed on 3 Sep, so this is a letter, not a negotiation.

Acme renewal callMarco, Dana, YouPlay from 12:04On track for 14 October. The date was agreed with Acme on 3 Sep, support training moved a week earlier to make room for it, and Leo says the migration finishes on the 29th. The only thing left is sending Marco the date in writing.
The title says “Pricing review”. The call was about Acme.
Behind the answer
From every call it picks out the people, companies and projects mentioned, and links the notes that share them. That is how one question reaches three calls with three different titles.
08:30Priya If Acme wants two years, what can we give?
08:41Aiko Twelve percent off, not a point more.
09:02You I’ll float it with Dana on Friday.
31:02Aiko If we hold twelve, Acme signs for two years.
31:20Priya Twelve for two years, and only if the EU date holds.
31:48Leo The migration is on track for that.
03:21You Where are we on the EU migration?
03:37Leo On track. We finish on the twenty-ninth.
03:52You Good, Dana needs that date in writing.
Who spoke, and who was talked about. Asking about Dana reaches the stand-up where her name came up, even though she was not in it.
Customers, partners and suppliers. An internal call about Acme counts as an Acme call.
The work being discussed, like the EU rollout, so a project question gathers the calls that moved it forward.
You never have to tag anything or keep a map up to date. The links work quietly behind Ask Lynkk.
