Sign in with Google and allow Lynkk to see your calendar events.
Check Home: today's meetings are there, the notetaker ready.
Switch it off for any meeting you want left alone.

Questions about Lynkk and Google Calendar

Is this a Google Calendar AI note taker?

Yes. Once Google Calendar is connected, the notetaker joins every meeting on it with a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link and writes the transcript, the summary and the action items. Switch it off for any meeting on Home.

Is every meeting on my calendar recorded?

Every meeting with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link, unless you switch it off. Events with no link are left alone, and a meeting that began over 10 minutes ago is skipped. Turn auto-join off for all in Settings.

What does Lynkk do with my Google Calendar?

It reads your events to show today's meetings and send the notetaker. On Pro it adds an event only after you press Confirm. Disconnect in Integrations and Lynkk loses access at Google too.

Is the Google Calendar integration free?

Yes. Connecting, Home, auto-join and the recap email are free on every plan. Booking a follow-up from Ask Lynkk is part of Pro, at $15 a month.

Does Lynkk work with Outlook calendar?

Not yet. Lynkk connects to Google Calendar only. With Outlook, paste a Zoom, Meet or Teams link and press Send bot, or record from the Mac app.
