What is a Lynkk workspace?
A company account for up to 10 people. The owner creates it from Settings with a company email and pays per seat. Everyone in it gets Pro through the workspace, records their own meetings, and chooses which of their notes are Personal.
What does each member get?
Pro: Ask Lynkk, Summary Shapes, chat with any note, the weekly digest, meeting video recording and answers in Slack, on top of everything in the free plan.
Can my workspace admin read my notes?
Notes set to "Admins can see this note", which is the default, yes: in full, transcript included, and every admin read is logged. Notes you make Personal, no. Only you can open those. The badge in the note's header always says which one it is.
Can an admin listen to my recording?
No. Recordings stay with the person who made them. An admin reading a visible note gets the summary and the transcript, not the audio or video.
Can other members see my notes?
No. Workspace visibility is between you and your workspace's admins. Members see their own notes, and a note's setting never puts it in another member's list.
How do I make a note Personal?
Open the note and click the badge in its header that says "Admins can see this note", then pick Personal. The badge changes to "Private to you". You can switch it back the same way, and Lynkk asks you to confirm before admins can open it again.
What are the roles?
Owner, admin and member. The owner created the workspace and pays for it. Admins get the Members page, the Enterprise tab in Notes and the Admin dashboard. Members record and read their own notes.
How do people join?
Invite them by email as Member or Admin, or let anyone with your company's email domain join by domain. SCIM provisioning is available if you manage people in an identity provider.
What happens when all 10 seats are taken?
The Members page shows "Workspace is full". Remove someone or revoke a pending invite to free a seat. A workspace has at most 10 seats.
How much does it cost?
Workspaces are billed per seat to the owner. See the pricing page for the current rate.
