Questions about how Lynkk works

How long does it take to get notes after a meeting?

Usually a couple of minutes after the recording uploads, depending on its length. The note shows each step (Uploading, Transcribing, Analyzing, Ready), and Lynkk emails you the summary when it's done.

Can Lynkk record in-person meetings, not just video calls?

Yes. In the web app, choose Offline under Record on Home and your browser records the room, with pause and resume. On a Mac you can also choose Record now from the menu bar.

Do I need the meeting bot for every call?

No. The Mac app and the Chrome extension record calls with no bot in them. The bot is for meetings you want recorded from your calendar, or when you can't record from your own computer.

Which languages does Lynkk transcribe?

17 languages plus Hinglish, with English as the default. Pick one in Settings or let Lynkk detect it. Every plan gets every language.

Is there a limit on how long a meeting can be?

Each note can run up to two hours, on every plan, and you can record as many notes as you like. The Mac app warns you five minutes before the limit.
