Create an account on the sign-up page with Google, or with an email and a password confirmed by a code we send you. No card is needed. Then connect Google Calendar so the bot can join your meetings, or install the Mac app or the Chrome extension to record calls yourself.

Not today. There is no iPhone, Android or Windows app. On Windows or Linux, use the web app in your browser, the Chrome extension and the meeting bot. The Mac app is for Macs only.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and auto-join is on from the start: the bot joins calendar meetings that have a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link when they begin, under a name like Maya's Notetaker. Turn it off for one meeting with the Bot switch on Home, or for all of them in Settings, Meetings. To send it to a single call, paste the link under Record on Home and press Send bot. When the call ends, the summary is emailed to you.

It joins as a visible participant named after you and stays in the participant list for the whole call, but it does not speak or post a consent message. Recording laws differ from place to place, so say at the start that you're recording. The bot leaves once it's the only one left in the call.

It notices calls in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, FaceTime, Slack huddles and WhatsApp, and Google Meet in your browser, then asks: Record or Not now. In the app's Settings, under Calls, set When a call starts to Ask first, Automatically or Off. It records your microphone and the call's audio on two separate channels, and stops when the call ends.

Yes. Press record in the Mac app, or open Home in the web app and press Start recording under Offline, then leave your laptop on the table. The browser recorder can pause and resume, and it survives a page reload. If the Mac loses its connection, the recording is saved on the Mac and uploads when you're back online.

Calls in Google Meet, the Zoom web client and Microsoft Teams, work and personal, straight from the browser tab, with no bot in the call. It records the tab and your microphone on two channels, audio only. It needs Chrome 116 or later and also runs in Edge, Brave and Arc.

Up to 2 hours per note on every plan, and there is no limit on how many notes you record. The Mac app warns you five minutes before the two hours are up.

Not today. Lynkk records through the Mac app, the meeting bot, the Chrome extension and the browser recorder, and there is no way to upload or import a file you recorded somewhere else.

Notes from the meeting bot use the participants' real names. When the Mac app or the Chrome extension records a call, your microphone is on its own channel, so your lines are always marked as yours, and everyone else is told apart by voice.

A new note moves through steps such as Uploading, Queued, Transcribing, Analyzing and Ready, and its card updates live while you watch. If a note says Failed, write to us with the link to the note and we'll look into it.

Share a note with a link that works for 30 days and can be turned off at any time; the recording is included only if you choose. You can also invite someone by email as a viewer. Any note exports as Markdown from its menu, and Export my data in Settings, Privacy and data emails you one zip of everything.

Yes. After every note with a summary, Lynkk emails you the summary, takeaways, topics, decisions and action items, with a link to the note that works for 30 days. To send it to everyone on the calendar invite as well, turn on Email summary to attendees in Settings, Privacy and data. It stays off until you do.

Yes, on Pro. Ask Lynkk searches your notes and answers with numbered sources you can open, down to the moment in the recording, and you can also ask a single note. It can draft a Jira issue or a Google Calendar event from an answer, and acts only after you confirm. It reads your own notes, not notes others shared with you. A workspace admin's questions also cover the notes members left visible to admins.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho CRM, set up with our sales team, plus Google Calendar and Slack. The bot follows your calendar, each sales call lands on the deal in your CRM, and you can ask about your meetings in Slack. Lynkk records Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams with the bot, the Mac app or the Chrome extension, and Webex, FaceTime, Slack huddles and WhatsApp with the Mac app. Outlook calendar, Notion, Linear and Asana are not connected yet; write to us to ask for one.

Add Lynkk to your Slack workspace, then each person links their own Lynkk account from the app's Home tab. Mention @Lynkk anywhere in a message, or send it a direct message with no mention, and it answers from your notes with its sources. It reads only messages that mention it, its own direct messages and the /lynkk command. Answers in Slack are part of Pro.

Connect Jira from Integrations in the web app, open a note and press Send. Lynkk creates one Jira issue per action item, in the project and issue type you choose. That works on every plan. Creating an issue from an Ask Lynkk answer is part of Pro.

Everything travels to Lynkk over HTTPS, and the tokens for the tools you connect are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. On your own account, no other Lynkk user can open your notes unless you share them; in a workspace, each note says whether admins can see it, and any note can be made Personal. Lynkk does not train AI models on your conversations, and you can export all your data as one zip. The security page follows a recording step by step.

No. Lynkk does not use your recordings, transcripts or notes to train AI models. To write a note, the audio goes to a speech-to-text provider and the transcript to AI model providers, over HTTPS, and what comes back is your note.

On your own account, only you, until you share a note. In a workspace, each note shows whether admins can see it. Admins can open those notes, transcript included but never the recording, they can't edit them, and every time they open one is recorded. Mark a note Personal and admins can't open it at all. Other members never see your notes unless you share them.

No, there is no region setting today. Lynkk and the providers it uses may process data in countries other than yours, including India and the United States, as the privacy policy explains.

Open Settings, Privacy and data, and press Export next to Export my data. Lynkk emails you a link to one zip with every note and its recording, and the link works for 24 hours. Delete a single note from its menu. To close your account, email admin@lynkk.ai; the privacy policy says your personal data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days.

Record as many notes as you like, up to 2 hours each, with the meeting bot (audio), the Mac app, the Chrome extension or the browser. Your first 5 hours of AI notes are free, in total rather than per month. After that, new notes still get their recording, transcript and search, without the summary and action items. Free also has unlimited dictation on the Mac, every language, Jira send, share links and the full export. No card needed.

Pro is $15 a month, or $117 a year, which works out to $9.75 a month. It adds unlimited AI notes, Ask Lynkk across all your notes, answers in Slack, Summary Shapes, meeting video from the bot and the weekly digest on Mondays. Upgrade from Settings, Account in the web app. To cancel, open Settings, Account and press Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's billing page. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and going back to Free deletes nothing. If a workspace pays for your Pro, the workspace owner handles billing.

There is no trial, because Free has no time limit. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund; this applies once. Renewals aren't refunded and there is no proration. The refund policy has the details.

A workspace gives every member Pro, for up to 10 members, on one per-seat bill paid by the owner. Admins invite and remove members, set roles and see the seats. For a bigger rollout, book a call with us and we'll set it up together.
