Read structured notes (summary, transcript, tasks, decisions, related), search by meaning or keyword with match badges, browse the knowledge graph of people and topics, ask any note a question and get cited answers, and share read-only links or push to your tools. It's the desktop home base for everything you capture.

Is my data private and secure?

Notes are private by default and encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256. You control audio retention: keep forever, auto-delete after 90 or 30 days, or wipe after upload. We never train models on your conversations. Lynkk is built to comply with GDPR and other regional privacy laws (including India's DPDP Act), with a clear consent flow for multi-party recording.

Today Lynkk connects to Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Tasks), Jira, Calendly, Cal.com, and any custom MCP server, so you can sync your calendar and push action items and summaries into your stack. Lynkk does offline in-person capture and multilingual, code-switch-ready transcription that English-only online tools like Otter, Fireflies, Granola, and Fathom don't. For online-only English meetings they're all solid; for hybrid, multilingual teams, Lynkk goes further.
